Agents honoured for selling cruise superstar

Some of Asia’s top cruise agents were rewarded with special recognition at the ceremony welcoming Ovation of the Seas to Singapore.
Sean Treacy, Royal Caribbean’s Managing Director for Singapore & Southeast Asia, said the 168,666 tonne “smart ship” had sell-out cruises already, and had extended its season to 10 more cruises in 2017.
“We couldn’t have done this without our trade partners,” he said.
He then singled out City State Travel, Chan Bros, Cruise First, Dynasty Travel, Honeyworld Holidays, Misa Travel, Pricebreaker and Stamford Travel for special mention.
Representatives received special plaques and Ovation models.
She will be christened in Tianjin, China on June 24, 2016 by Chinese acting superstar Fan BingBing.
