Cruisers can get ‘Cookin’ with musical comedy group NANTA aboard SuperStar Libra when she arrives in Malaysia later this year.
The 1,400-passenger ship will be homeported in Penang from 23 November 2014 until 2 January next year.
During the period, she will conduct a series of short itineraries ranging from one-night cruises to six-nights.
NANTA – who are known for their non-verbal musical shows revolving around three chefs and their bossy manager – will join SuperStar Libra’s three-night cruise to Phuket and Krabi in Thailand; the one-night high seas cruise; and the six-night Yangon to Phuket voyage.
As part of the experience, Star Cruises’ guests will be able to meet and greet NANTA cast and take a photo with the performers.
There will also be a life-sized ‘imaginary’ kitchen photo booth where guests can pretend to be their favourite characters.
A one-night cruise from Penang departing on 26 September is priced from US$154 (MYR500) or a longer three-night roundtrip with visits to Phuket and Krabi is priced from US$2,814 (MYR2,814).
