Princess Cruises invites underprivileged kids on Sapphire Princess

Princess Cruises celebrated the start of its second homeporting season by inviting 100 underprivileged children from PERTAPIS, Children’s Aid Society and The Haven at Salvation Army on board the Sapphire Princess for a special fun-filled day. The charity event is part of Princess Cruises’ on-going Corporate Social Responsibility Programme for the second year running, held in conjunction with the Sapphire Princess’ homeporting in Singapore.

For most of the children, this was their first time going on board a cruise liner. As part of the tour, they took part in activities that only guests get to experience.
