Star Cruises wins Asia’s Leading Cruise Line title at WTA 2015

Star Cruises is celebrating its win at the prestigious World Travel Awards 2015. The leading cruise line in Asia Pacific region was awarded ‘Asia’s Leading Cruise Line’ title which is their fourth consecutive win since 2012. Often referred as the ‘Oscars of the world travel industry’, the winners at WTA are chosen after  voting by travel and tourism professionals from world over.

Star Cruises is also excited to announce unique and innovative cruise itineraries in November. SuperStar Libra will embark from Haikou in Hainan, China offering weekly cruises to Vietnam including 4Day/3Nights to Da Nang/Hue and 3Day/2Nights to Halong Bay. From 15 November, Star Cruises also launches a 46-night voyage on its flagship, SuperStar Virgo where cruisers will be on a mega-adventure experiencing different cultures in Asia and Australia, with stops at 21 ports of call including Bali, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Sihanoukville, Melbourne, Sydney and many other exotic locales.

Additionally, SuperStar Aquarius currently homeported in Keelung, Taiwan will offer destination cruises to the Okinawa in Japan including Ishigaki, Naha and Yonaguni. In Hong Kong, Star Pisces will continue to provide both new and seasonal travellers with the option of a short holiday getaway on the high seas. In Southeast Asia, SuperStar Gemini, homeported in Singapore, remains a popular choice among travellers, especially from the growing overseas fly-cruise market in the region.
